Studio apartment with small balcony, 5 minutes walking distance from Piazza Maggiore and 2 minutes walking distance from Mercato delle Erbe, historical market from the XIII century which now houses many cocktail bars.

Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, this apartment develops in one room furnished in a simple yet modern style.
From the entrance, provided with a large wardrobe, guests will reach the open space with a well-equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining area, and a desk. A full bathroom with a shower and washing machine completes the apartment. At guests’ disposal, there also is free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.

*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
