Washing machine, air conditioning, wifi. No dishwasher. Monthly price Eu.1.300 plus Eu.100 for condominium, waste tax, wifi. Water, electricity and gas bills are the responsibility of the tenant based on actual consumption after periodic meter reading. A mandatory cleaning with change of linen is required every 15 days at a cost of Eu.50 each to be paid in advance with the monthly rent (total Eu.100). Extra final cleaning Eu.100. Security deposit Eu.1.300. Agency commission equal to 10% + VAT.
To reserve the apartment is required a payment to the owner of Eu.1.300 which will then become the security deposit which will be returned within 10 days of the end of the stay after checking that there is no damage to the apartment.

Le utenze di acqua, luce e gas sono a carico dell'inquilino in base ai reali consumi previa la lettura periodica dei contatori. Ulteriore costo di 50Eu. ogni 15 giorni per il cambio lenzuola e la pulizia. Pulizie finali Eu. 100. Deposito cauzionale Eu. 1.300. Commissioni per l'agenzia pari al 10% + iva.
