A few steps from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, we offer the business rental of a splendid 3-star hotel. The structure consists of 30 large rooms with bathroom, restaurant with spacious kitchen equipped for 65 seats inside and 25 on the veranda overlooking the garden and the outdoor parking. The 4-storey building has a large elevator and each floor hosts 9 large rooms while on the ground floor we find 2 rooms for disabled people and the private one of the caretaker. The peculiarity of this hotel is that each room is equipped with both a bathroom with window and a large terrace, a good part with a sea view. The roof of the top floor is used for aperitifs or as a solarium with shower during the hot summer days.
