The apartment, located in a beautiful liberty style building, is composed of a living area lightened by two large windows and an american style kitchen, a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a TV and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. It boasts an unbeatable location, since it is located in a central area, a few steps from the main points of interest of the city.
* The house is not equipped with central heating, but with a single heat pump in the bedroom.
The Via Roma neighborhood lies within the central area of Palermo, and here history perfectly blends with modernity. Here, both high street shops and local businesses thrive and give character to the place. Most of the main city attractions are close by the flat, i.e. the Quattro Canti or Mercato Vucciria can be reached within 5 minutes by walk, whereas the Cathedral of Palermo is within 10 minutes. The shopping areas of Via Ruggero Settimo and Via Maqueda are as well at walking distance, if you love shopping, that’s the right place to be. Many shops, restaurants and bars are all around the apartment, with a wide variety to satisfy everybody’s taste.
The airport shuttle stops nearby, in Piazza Politeama or at the Central Station, each 10-15 walking distance. Also the bus 806 stop to Mondello beach can be found within 10 minute walking.
