The apartment is located on the 1th floor (without an elevator) of a building on a quiet street (Via Ferruccio Busoni, click on this link to see the position https://goo.gl/maps/B8gsUbcufuBYDA2w5) near the POLIMODA MANIFATTURA TABACCHI, the University Campus and very close to the Buonsignori-Liceo Da Vinci tram stop. The apartment is fully furnished and comprises an entrance hall/living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, 3 bedrooms (2 large and 1 small), and 2 bathrooms. Washing machine, dishwasher, individual heating, and air conditioning are also available.
The price of the larger rooms is Eu.800 + Eu.50 for condominium, wifi, garbage tax + the costs of utilities of gas, water and electricity. As regards gas, water and electricity utilities, a monthly deposit of Eu.80 is required, this amount will be adjusted at the end of the stay (depending on all the tenants use and subject to reading the meters at the beginning and end of the stay).

To reserve the apartment a payment is required to the owner of Eu.700/800 based on the room chosen which will then become the security deposit which will be returned within 10 days of the end of the stay after checking that there is no damage to the apartment.
